First up in the mobile clinic is 18 year old Alex, who has been left with quite a bad burn on his bottom after being the victim of a practical joke. Dr Christian does not see the funny side of this, and after having a quick look he tells Alex that the most important thing is to keep the burn clean and dry to avoid any scarring.
